Free help we provide
Free aids and services for people with disabilities so they can communicate with us effectively, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats, including large print and accessible electronic formats
Reasonable changes to our policies, practices, and procedures for people with disabilities
Free language assistance for people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages

To ask for any of these services, call or text (909) 274-9244 or email contact@talktimespeechla.com. Tell us what you need, and a member of our team will respond within 48 business hours. Families who prefer Spanish can ask for a Spanish-speaking team member.

How to file a grievance
If you believe TalkTime has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator by phone, text, or email. Tell us what happened, when it happened, and how to reach you. If you need help filing a grievance, the Section 1557 Coordinator can help you. We will not retaliate against anyone for filing a grievance.
